We are so excited your student will be attending Engage Camp with City Hope Youth this summer! This is a week they look forward to all year. Review the information below. We would love to answer all your questions about how to get them there and how we can help support you along the way!

COST: $355.00
HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD? Please Click here to register online. You will be prompted to create an account or login to your account if you already have one. You will be able to login anytime to revisit your account for edits and payments.
HOW DO I PAY? This year will be much easier than previous years when it comes to paying for camp. Intstead of bringing cash the day of camp, we are asking all parents to pay online. When you register your child, you have several options for electronic payment. You can choose to pay in full, pay a minimum of $60 and the rest charged later to your card, or choose a payment plan where you can pay $50 now and the rest will be charged later to your card. If you choose to go this route, please choose the CHAUTAQUA PAYMENT PLAN. This one avoids cash and keeps everything electronic.
WHAT IF MY CHILD TAKES MEDICATION? Our camp nurse, Aubrey, will be responsible for medications if your child needs help remember.
Please bring their medication bottle, dosage instructions, and written permission for Aubrey to administer their medications. You will drop these off to Aubrey at check in.
ARE MEALS PROVIDED? Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided.
There are also coffee trucks, snack shacks, vending machines, and gift shops for an additional cost if your child would like to bring spending money.
WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS OTHER OBLIGATIONS DURING CAMP? We do not allow students to have their own vehicle on campus.
We also encourage all teens to stay for the duration of camp without interruptions to get the most out of their experience.
If your child absolutely needs to leave and come back for any reason, a PARENT must check them out at the Engage Office.
They must also let their cabin leader know when they leave and arrive back at the camp.
WHERE WILL MY CHILD BE SLEEPING AT THE CAMP? When we arrive to the camp, we will be placed in cabins with bunk beds. Some cabins have showers/bathrooms built in while others have a nearby shower house/bathroom. There will be an adult chaperone in each cabin. Your child is free to bunk with their friends and the bunks are not assigned. The cabins are separated by gender and are NOT co-ed.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP? Drop off will be at City Hope Church on Saturday June 27th at Noon. Pick up will be at City Hope Church at 11:00 am on Wednesday July 1st.

PACKING LIST
Refillable water bottle, Bible, pen, notebook, twin fitted sheet, pillow, blanket and/or sleeping bag, shampoo/conditioner soap, sunscreen, towels, shower shoes, tennis shoes, water shoes (for rafting if you’re registered for it), bathing suit, optional spending money, casual clothes for 5 days, a change of casual clothes for 5 days to freshen up before dinner/evening session, socks, undergarments.
